HUNINGTON PROPERTIES, Inc. SELLS 15,600 SF RETAIL CENTER

HOUSTON, TX, June 24, 2014 – Hunington Properties, Inc. a full service commercial brokerage company has announced the sale of Highway 6 at Westpark, a 15,600 square-foot retail property, consisting of two retail buildings, located adjacent to a Wal-Mart Supercenter according to Todd A. Carlson. The property was located near the intersection of Highway 6 and Westpark Drive in Houston, Texas.

Todd A. Carlson & Sandy P. Aron represented the seller, a local developer who built the shopping center in 2008. The buyer, a local investment group, purchased the property and will be adding value by leasing the vacant units. The shopping center was 50% occupied at time of sale.
