HOUSTON, TX January 16, 2014 – Buddy’s Home Furnishings has signed a lease for 5,000 square feet at 2400 Garth Road in Baytown Texas.  Rafael Melara with Hunington Properties represented the Landlord in the transaction.   Ford Scott with Capital Retail represented the tenant.
