HOUSTON, TX, January 16, 2014 – Amax Insurance has signed a lease for 800 square feet at 7049 Lawndale in Houston. Rafael Melara with Hunington Properties represented the Landlord in the transaction.  Jeffrey Warwick with Weingarten represented the landlord.
